If your network uses a firewall, it may be necessary to whitelist specific URLs and set the ActivCast application to be trusted.

Online software updates (Over The Air)

To allow online software updates for Promethean hardware, you should whitelist the following URLs:

• https://otaupdate.prometheanworld.com
• cdn-otaupdate.prometheanworld.com
